FIRST CONSULTATION (75-90 mins)

During our first consult, we will go through your history and current concerns.

The purpose of this consultation is for me to gain an understanding of the underlying and root causes of your health condition, so we can go beyond treating your symptoms and help you feel your best.

We will discuss various topics including symptoms, medical history, gut health, lifestyle and nutrition.

At the end of this consultation, I create your wellness plan, based on your health goals.

Treatment can include plant medicine, flower essences, nutritional supplements, food orientation and lifestyle adjustents, depending on your specific needs.

If your health problems are complex, chronic, or if you are on multiple medications, I may not recommend any remedies until our next meeting. This gives me time to ensure that I am providing you with the safest and most effective support possible.

FOLLOW UP CONSULTATIONS (45-60 min)

Follow-up consults last about an hour depending on individual needs and aim to further develop the treatment plan, monitor progress and evaluate other aspects of health not covered in previous consultations.

During these appointments we discuss more long-term treatment strategies, what is really going on in your body, and ways in which we can address these issues to bring you back into balance.

Keep in mind that as you progress on your health journey, this treatment plan can adapt and move in a different direction.

ACUTE CONSULTATION (15 min)

The intention of such short consultations is to help support your body during periods of acute discomfort, such as during a cold, seasonal allergic crises, sinusitis or a urinary tract infection.

Urgent appointments are also helpful if you're having a short period of high stress, low energy, and/or poor sleep, and want some short-term guidance.

I am waiting for you!

My goal is to provide you with the information and knowledge you need to understand the root cause of your symptoms, empowering you to supercharge your body and your health.

  • Everyone can approach Naturopathy! One of the most interesting aspects of naturopathy is that it focuses on a holistic approach to health, which means that it considers the whole individual: mind, body and spirit. By taking this approach, one seeks to understand the underlying causes of the imbalances and not just treat the symptoms. By working with a professional like me, you can receive personalized guidance and specific advice that fits your needs and lifestyle.

It's very important that you ask yourself at the beginning of the journey: what relationship do you have with your body, your mind, your cycles? How do they manifest themselves in the world? This is a space to nurture your being.

As a naturopath I provide you with support to understand your metabolism type, adapt your diet and routines independently - if you're ready to bring responsibility into your life, I'll accompany you on this path of listening and change.

  • What you won't find if you go to the naturopath: a person who will recommend natural remedies to replace drugs.

Yes, it could be done, but not only is it not a goal, it makes no sense! It would be like having the dentist pull out every tooth that turns black instead of figuring out the reason and trying to fix the cause!

If you are told to take a plant to help you sleep, it was not chosen for you 'just’ to make you fall asleep and that's it, I suggested it because it supports you, it favors that you feel good taking into account who you are, what your issue is and the reason for which the imbalance has arisen. The logic is: to find the root, to favor your physiology and to accompany you towards the balance that your body deserves and already knows how to maintain.

  • Depending on the individual needs of each person, we decide together how often to arrange the consultations. I usually recommend that we see each other at least every 1,5-2 months, considering whether to increase or decrease the frequency.

It may be that you need to see each other more often, or with more time between appointment… We will evaluate it together.

  • It is always interesting to have as much information as possible, such as recent blood tests; during the appointment I’ll ask you many questions: about your parents, about your birth, I'll also ask you about any interventions you may have had; if you are a woman, about the start of the menstrual cycle and more..

  • Appointments can be held face-to-face, if you are in Milan, or online via video call.

If we do it online, make sure you're in a comfortable and quiet place, without distractions, and with a good internet connection.
